Urban Drone has been founded in 2002 by David Hofmann as a side-project. Davids goal was to create music that generates images in peoples inner eyes and make them feel comfortable.
Urban Drones music can be interpreted as a mixture of different styles of electronic music. David shaped his sound after he made several experiences in other kinds of musically styles, mainly dark electro, psy-/suomitrance, hiphop and breakbeats.
Actually none his tracks contains any vocal parts, although David thinks about including some in future releases.
