The Rayfactory.....
.....is mainly a one man project,which works with different singers when voices are needed.
Influenced by groups like MASSIVE ATTACK,it creates a wide spectrum of dancetunes....
My Leadsynth is Clavias NORDLEAD 3,also i use a MIDIMAN Oxygen 8 to trigger my REASON 2.o in my LAPTOP.
Live the NORD is the Master,the REASON is the "Backingband".
In the Tradition of PROPELLERHEADS,CHEMICAL BROS or KRUDER+DORFMEISTER i try to get the tricky Arrangements FULLY played LIVE.
When recording,i use also an old (1970) GIBSON Les Paul...for Feedbacks,Monsterriffs or even clean funky WahWahs.
I cut the recorded stuff to usable Sample.wavs and load them into REASONs Samplers to edit them precisely.
Sometimes friends sing lines for desired melodies n text...otherwise i use a lot of voicesamples from all around the world.
