Aenigma stand for melodic death metal, combining classic elements with deep grunts and high-pitch screams, blast beats with slow-motion-parts. It is not that clear when Aenigma came out as a real band, as it was just a "reunion just for fun" playing some old stuff of the former band D.O.G. that splitted up about six years ago. The songs started to get more and more interesting, and we worked on the material until it was a fact that the ammount of work on it was too much for just being a fun project any longer. We came back, harder and better than ever before, DemoCD was released in 2006 and we worked on some new songs to complete the story "Von Schatten und Licht" (Of Shadows and Light) until the beginning of 2008! Now AENIGMA is looking for new shows and desires to play in your club this summer!
