The KHARISMA is a rock duo formed in Boston, US during the summer of 2002 by songwriter/bass player/singer Giulio 'GD' and drummer Guerrino dal Lago. After 2 years of doing all that it takes to develop a large fan base, including grass-roots promotion, touring, and releasing one self produced promo, the European-based KHARISMA are in full stride with their first official record, KHARISMA, the album is a natural progression for Kharisma' propulsive hook-packed rock which debuted on their self-titled promo (2001). Primary songwriter GD has found that the key to successful writing is writing what he experience in his life. Throughout college and beyond, GD's music has been an alloy of sounds from the European contemporary rock scene resulting in music that is at once pop, rock, and punk that appeals to adventurous rock fans. The influence of artists such as Police, the Clash, and '90s hard rock is immediately apparent yet serve as suggestions rather than blueprints for the Kharisma' style. It is the timelessness of their songs that is the constant.
